RECIPE: MEDITERRANEAN SALAD


INGREDIENTS:
SPRING MIX LETTUCE
GREEN OLIVES STUFFED WITH ALMONDS
AVOCADO
HARD BOILED EGG
FETA CHEESE
PEPPER

VINAIGRETTE DRESSING:
1 tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 1/2 tbsp BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 tsp MINCED GARLIC
1 tsp AGAVE NECTAR


GARLIC BREAD:
1 UDI's PIZZA CRUST
SPREAD THIN LAYER OF OLIVE OIL
THIN LAYER OF MINCED GARLIC
GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE 

BAKE @ 375 for 8 min
