INGREDIENTS:
2 SALMON FILETS
2 SALMON FILETS
1 CEDAR PLANK
1 Tbsp OLIVE OIL
3 Tbsp AGAVE NECTAR
1 tbsp DIJON MUSTARD
2 tsp GRATED GINGER
(serves 4)
1. Soak Cedar Plank in water for 2 hours before grilling
2. Place skinless salmon on the plank & glaze the top
3. Grill for 20-25 min at medium heat (or until fully cooked).
4. Stand by to periodically drizzle the plank with water or to douse any flames
