INGREDIENTS:
(Rice Pilaf Recipe)
1 cup BROWN RICE
2 tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 cup BABY BELLA MUSHROOMS
1 cup RED ONION
1 tbsp GARLIC
1/2 cup PUMPKIN SEEDS
1 cup SPINACH
2 tbsp MUSTARD
SALT & PEPPER
1 cup REFRIED BLACK BEANS
(See previous post to make rice pilaf)
Step 1: Mix 1.5 cup rice pilaf with 1 cup refried beans in a large bowl
Step 2: Make into thin patties and place in a pan on medium heat
(3-5 min on each side)
