RECIPE: HEARTY VEGETABLE SOUP

(10-12 servings)
INGREDIENTS:
(8 Cups) Vegetable broth
(8 Cups) Chicken broth
(1 Cube) Vegetable bouillon
(1 tsp) Garlic
1 Sweet Onion
(1/2 cup) Wild Rice
(1/2 cup) Carrots
1 Zucchini
3 Red Potatoes 
(1 cup) Broccoli or Celery
(1 cup) Baby Bella mushrooms
(1 Tbsp) sugar
(1 Tbsp) Sea Salt
(1/2 Cup) *Roasted Chicken or Turkey (optional)



1) In a large pan (or crockpot), pour in the broth over medium heat. 
2) Add 1 vegetable bouillon cube, sugar, sea salt and the wild rice. 
3) Thinly slice 1/2 of the sweet onion and the garlic and add to the pan. 
4) Thinly slice, potatoes, carrots, celery, zucchini, and mushrooms. 
5) Then add small pieces of *(pre-made) roasted turkey or chicken (Sprouts grocery store has a great pre-made roasted turkey).

Keep on a low heat and serve.
