RECIPE: PESTO SALMON


Salmon Filet
Olive Oil
Pesto (Delallo)
Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
Grated Parmesan 


INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut off skin & place in baking pan
Rub olive oil on the filets
spread pesto & tomatoes 
 then bake @ 350˚ for 15-20 min
sprinkle parmesan before serving
