RECIPE: RICE NOODLES WITH SPINACH & FETA


INGREDIENTS
2 cups SPIRALl RICE NOODLES
1/2 cup RAW SPINACH
5 (chopped) KALAMATA OLIVES
1 tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 tbsp MINCED GARLIC 
1/2 cup FETA CHEESE
(generous amount) SALT AND PEPPER

(COOK TIME: 12 min)


Follow instructions for noodles (mine were ready at 10-11 min) 


*served hot or cold
