1 Cup Black Quinoa (cooked and chilled)
1 cup Raw Spinach
1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
1/2 cup Raw Pecans (crumbled)
1/2 cup Feta
2 tbls apple cider vinegar
2 tbls honey mustard dressing
Sea Salt
Boil 1 cup Quinoa for 20 min (see instructions on bag)
After, mix in Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey mustard dressing
Then, Refrigerate for 20-30 min
After the Quinoa has been chilled, add the remaining ingredients:
Spinach, Pecans, Feta, Strawberries.
