RECIPE: EDAMAME HUMMUS


In Blender:
1 Cup Edamame Beans (defrosted)
3 Tbls Olive Oil
1 Lemon (about 1/4 cup of juice)
1/2 tsp minced Garlic
1/2 tsp of Sea salt
Quick tips: buy jarred minced garlic & frozen (already shelled) edamame


24 grams of protein in 1 cup!
