PRODUCT: "EAT PASTRY" COOKIE DOUGH

VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE/DAIRY FREE

My friend Lisa discovered this awesome vegan brand at Whole Foods and I was THRILLED when I saw that they had a Gluten free version as well! It is the only prepared gluten free dough I've found. It is mainly made with Garbanzo bean flour & Brown Rice flour and they use Apple sauce & Oil instead of Eggs... I know it sounds strange, but I love the taste!

*I have also gotten them at Mother's Market.
*They have other flavors of non-gluten free dough but this is the only flavor they have in gluten free.
